At Apart Studio, we want you to love your home curation; if a piece isn't quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our studio inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
